Triple Triad

Triple Triad (also known as 'The Authentic') is an Android version of the legendary card mini game featured in Final Fantasy VIII. The cards and the rules are the same ones as in the original game, so you'll enjoy a similar experience.

Duels in Triple Triad take place in a mat of 3x3. In each turn, players must place one of their cards on the mat. Now, once the card is on the mat, the other player can try to steal it by placing an adjacent card with a higher number. Whoever has more cards when the mat is full, winds.

In this version for Android, players start the game with a pretty bad hand, including some of the game's worst cards (just like in Final Fantasy VIII). To get more cards, you can either win duels or buy them in the store with real money. There's a total of more than 50 different cards, including the cards of the main characters and summons.

Triple Triad (or 'The Authentic') is an excellent version of the legendary mini game in the Final Fantasy saga. You can enable and disable different rules in the game, and bet with your own cards to get more.
